I thought for sure I would have lost weight after that insanity with the four-hour walk a few days ago but apparently not. Also I think this obnoxious old bat in my diet class is a Trumpazoid. Ugh.

They’re in my family, they’re on my Facebook friends list (I do business on Facebook which is the only real reason I’m still there) and in the art classes I teach, and I’m learning how to speak kindly when I do engage, and how to engage less.
