Had a pretty good phone conversation w/my father last night except he got a little in my face about my having gained a little weight. My net loss is still over 100 lbs. and I've only gained back a few which my nutritionist says is normal after anybody's been on a diet for a long time (four and a half years), plus I exercise more than I ever have in my life, 16 laps swum every other day alternating with either an hour and a half walking or an hour on the exercise bike. Since I told him I only gained a little I hope that's enough to get him and my mom to back off me.
