I am in an excellent mood right now because it's payday, I'm going to St. Stupids later (an annual SF event for April Fools involving people wearing crazy costumes and pranking) and I'm gonna go see Monsters vs. Aliens tonight!

Monsters vs. Alines is great! I think you will really enjoy it. Hugh is fantastic in it. :D

It was just great! Hugh was terrific of course. It was fun and clever and cute (and I normally hate kids' movies) and the 3D effects were fucking awesome!

Sounds like fun! I'm jealous, especially about going to see Monsters vs. Aliens! (I'm possibly going to see it this weekend, but I'm still jealous of anyone who gets to see it before me XD.)

St. Stupids was less fun than I thought it would be. Most of the participants wear freaky costumes and I wasn't wearing one and some guy wanted to take my picture anyway and I was all "why? I'm not wearing a costume" and he goes "you have an interesting face" which is something they tell ugly people when they don't want to hurt their feelings. Apparently he fancied himself the male Diane Arbus.
Monsters Vs. Aliens rocked though.
