Didn't have to go to jury duty! I'm tired today but I'm going to make a point of going for a walk and swimming my laps anyway. I gained a pound and I want to take it back off.

I got summoned once, thankfully, I was scheduled to go on vacation when the trial was to begin so I got out of it.

I've gained some weight, despite my best efforts to workout. My TSH levels are off, which causes weight gain and now that I've got new meds, hopefully my metabolism will go back to normal and I'll get rid of the 5 lb I put on these last couple of months.
