Didn't have to go to jury duty yesterday, but I did have to deal with an absolute idiot deli worker at the Safeway who got everything wrong with my sandwich possible. Little twit.

I don't get how one can screw up an order. Customer says what they want, deli clerk slices it up, weighs it and wraps it. I'm glad I don't work in the deli anymore. LOL.

she grabbed the wrong kind of bread without asking me, she started putting lettuce on it without asking me and copped an attitude when I told her maybe it would be a good idea to ask me what I wanted, etc. Next time I'm there I'm just going to ask for a different worker, the rest of them all actually give a shit about what the customer wants.

Yeah when I go to Subway I find they're pretty stupid. I go in, ask for a 6" tuna on honey oat, no cheese and toasted. I have to literally watch them cuz 9/10 they put cheese on it. Force of habit I guess but still. ANd a lot of the time they just grab the whole wheat bread and not the one I want. I've never ordered a sandwich from the deli at my safeway and I'm not sure I want to after hearing your story lol.

it's just that one worker who's a dumbass, the rest of them are OK. I miss the one who used to put extra meat for free in my sandwich though.
