Probably someone trying to scam you, just ignore it. Even though I don't have an ebay account I have people emailing me a lot threatening to report me to ebay unless I pay them.
They probably just email people randomly, in the hope that they will eventually come across someone who actually DID post naked pictures of themselves online.
