Only lost 1 pound this week but I've lost so much altogether that I don't think that's really a setback. My dad is going to be in town next week and will take me to lunch. I'm considering Udupi Palace because veggie Indian food isn't very fattening and there aren't a lot of Indian restaurants in Austin.
