Still have not passed this kidney stone. What if my painkillers run out before I pass it?

How much water are you drinking? About a gallon a day is recommended to help a stone pass. Orange juice would help, too.

I drink about a gallon of water a day during the summer. I drink about 3/4 of a gallon during the winter.

I hope it passes soon, sweetie. *hugs*

I've been drinking lots of water. I don't like orange juice but I have been drinking tea and some Coke zero too. The situation has gotten more complicated because I had to switch back to the older, wimpier painkiller because the stronger one was having some really bad side effects. It was making me throw up a lot.

Ugh kidney stones are not fun. I remember when my dad had one while in London. That was a LONG plane ride home after getting treatment.
