I've lost 75 pounds so far on this diet and here's hoping I find out I lost more after I weigh in tonight. :) I have mostly been very good about sticking to it and I was able to swim 16 laps day before yesterday because they finally opened up the pool.

Well done sticking with it! I am awful at being healthy-I'll go through periods of eating really well and exercising every day, then I go back to being crap, then back to the healthy eating...eghhh. but I don't think I could sit through boring ass meetings lol XD you should take some pictures of Hugh with you to keep you distracted XD
