The damn antibiotics gave me a yeast infection even though I was taking goldenseal and echinacea caps at the same time to try to prevent that. It's a relatively mild one but it's there. I will keep taking the herbal caps even after i finish the antibiotics (I can't stop taking them, I DO NOT want a relapse of this ear infection) and hopefully if i keep taking the goldenseal and echinacea it will wipe out the damn yeast. Also, I'm starting the extreme diet tonight. wish me luck.
