9/3/13 10:21Last night I tried to make potato salad for the first time and I wasn't at all satisfied with how it came out. I think I should have cooked the potatoes longer, I don't think I used the right kind of potatoes and the seasoning just didn't do it for me.

10/3/13 19:17 (UTC)Also, this is what I do: use a mixture of 1/2 mayonnaise, 1/2 sour cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, and a few spoons of brine from a pickle jar. Good luck!

10/3/13 20:43 (UTC)I have no idea where I'm going to get an empty pickle jar from as I don't eat pickles. Also, I never add salt to my food. I'm in a couple of risk groups for high blood pressure. I'm overweight and my mom has high blood pressure. I'm oversensitive to very salty food. I use spices and herbs and things like that to season my food instead of salt.
