OK, I'm really mad at the world for two things right now, school shootings and the assumption that everybody is supposed to get married and have kids. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK
I'm with you on both of those things. Not to mention getting flack over having ONLY ONE child. It's like, first they bug you to get engaged, then it's "when are you getting married?" and then "When are you having kids?" and then once you have one, "When are you having another?" It never ends and it pisses me off.
I'm not even touching the school shootings. It took every ounce in me NOT to go pick up Tyler from school yesterday just so I could give him hugs/kisses. It was a bad day :(
True enough. I think if my labor/delivery hadn't been so tough I might've contemplated another one, but if I had, I'm sure it would've been via C-section and I was already 30 when I had Tyler. Took us 1.5 years to conceive him so..yeah. We're DONE. Some people just don't understand that. Piss on them :P
Child-free here. When I got married, the pressure was incredible. But fortunately my busted reproductive system helped me keep my vow not to have children.
