I'm happy. My dad sent the money and it was more than I expected so roomie and i went to Safeway last night and got the turkey and stuff for Thanksgiving and other groceries we needed and we ordered Chinese takeout for dinner last night because neither of us felt like cooking and i still have plenty of money left. :)

I took the turkey out of the freezer and put it in the fridge to thaw out a little while ago and I'm gonna make pumpkin pie later today. Not to sound egotistical but i make a kickass pumpkin pie. I also have ice cream and whipping cream and a pecan pie from good old Trader Joe's.

I've never been a fan of pumpkin pie myself. I don't care for the spiced taste. It's my sister, Tracy's favorite though.
