Finally got my replacement toaster and my copy of the Gun Seller. Unfortunately the new owners of the bldg. didn't bother telling me that the protocol has changed regarding package delivery. They used to just call us on the phone and tell us packages were at the front desk and we'd go down and pick them up, now some guy who doesn't speak English very well bangs on the door kind of early in the AM (before 9) and scares the piss out of roomie and me who are still sort of half asleep.
Also, the paperwork regarding SS and the change in the bldg. that I mailed copies of to my parents doesn't seem to have arrived yet. :(

actually, last night he went to bed before I did, but he also got up before I did.
