Looking forward to getting together with a friend for lunch today. :) The new owner of the bldg. is supposed to come into the apt. not for the white glove bullshit but just to check structure stuff. The annoying thing is I don't like people I don't know walking around my place when I'm not there and roomie is not on the lease so if the owner asks any questions he's just there to keep an eye on things while I'm out.

The breadth of your musical interests always leaves me speechless. Roomie not on the lease sucks, but it's nice that you can enjoy lunch without worrying about strangers poking their nose in your private stuff.

The owner never even showed up all day, but i did have a very lovely lunch with my friend. Nummy spicy Chinese food and then we went to one of my favorite pubs and had drinks on the patio because it was such a nice warm day. They are going to be doing a major remodel on the whole building. Who the hell knows how much hassle that's going to cause.
