In my usual crummy mood late in the month from having no money. oh well. at least I have awesome friends and i got to see Hugh and I got invited to a Halloween party by a friend.
And you leave in the magical flat giving fancy dreams, many of which include Hugh in a positive way :). Oh, and you can write perfectly IC house fanfics. You're a woman with superpowers. Looking back to seeing Hugh and forward to a Halloween party seems to make a month not so bad.
Yeah, I am down to my last $11 that I need to make last for another ten days. Oh, a little over a dollar a day :P Thankfully the cupboards are stocked and I still have some funds on my EBT card.
I can understand the underlying want and rightfully so, of the SS folks wanting us to support ourselves as much as possible when it comes to savings and any part time work if a person is able, but they need to be more realistic when it comes to how much you can have in savings and how much you can earn, when and if able. But we don't have enough wiggle room- it is either lose all funding and end up on the street or just deal with only having the very basics and having to struggle to maintain having those.
Both of them, and both of you. Eleven dollars for ten days? My daughter's lunch in the school cafeteria costs five dollars (actually more, since it's 3.90EUR). Social Security is crazy.
