That and the Mississippi amendment the same day seems definitely too much. Those inspections are a total pain in the ass neck, if they did them here I would already be in the middle of the street.

Why don't they ever do them when your douchebag neighbors are being douches at all hours of the night?

Do you have to like clean or what exactly is considered presentable to them?

Roomie and i spent a good sized chunk of yesterday cleaning (I got the notice yesterday afternoon, the invasion is today). No matter how much we clean, if they single you out they say it's not good enough by way of letters a few days later. i think their standards of what is presentable to them change every time. Of course they NEVER catch the douches who dump garbage on the floor and stuff.
