Have you tried anything for the reflux? One thing you can do is raise the head of your bed. You can use those bed risers they sell at places like Wal-Mart or a couple bricks. It helps and you aren't tilted so much that you slide off the bed. :D
I was just going to recommend what hughville said, raise the head of your bed. I started with a book under each leg at the head of bed but later found the bed risers she is talking about. I haven't had a problem since! I only use two of them so if you would like the other two you are more than welcome to them. I can mail them to you.
sorry, it only works for me because I only have acid reflux while pregnant. It is my honest opinion that the acid reflux with the twins was way worse then the actual childbirth pain with same. Hope you're better! And now that we all know that a IUD looks like a cross, it would be so cool of you to wear one around your neck. Or maybe I should wear one myself. (If a hysterectomy weren't such a major piece of surgery, I would definitely get one. I had planned to get one in case I needed a c-section,but luckily that didn't happen).
