I would just say Hugh three times but that's been done so I will pick three things about him.
1. his smile. it lights up his whole face and shows his lovely dimples.
2. his beautiful big blue eyes, they are so expressive and they twinkle so warmly.
3. his hot, sexy, gorgeously proportioned body.

I did like that fic, although there is one line that didn't make sense to me. I do love Hugh's hands and shoulders too. It strikes me as odd that he doesn't consider himself attractive.

I dare say HL considers himself attractive :-).
However, I agree with alternatealto that House doesn't. Partially because he compares himself to how he was before the infarction (i.e., younger and not a cripple). And partially because he has self-esteem trouble outside his self-assurance in his medical skills.
Also, HL is a really good actor. House looks older than HL. And rarely smiles.
