recently rented Night Court from Netflix. I hadn't seen that show in so long I'd forgotten how funny it was. In the late 80s I used to have a giant crush on John Larroquette like I have on Hugh Laurie now (I mentioned this here before but I loved their chemistry in Son of Coma Guy)

My friend had a thing for Richard Moll when we lived in Philadelphia. Night Court was one of three or four shows that played continuously on non cable tv there.

Night Court reruns was a big reason I began watching [H]ouse. I saw the series when it first was on, but lost interest after a few years. Recently I caught it on cable and avidly viewed every episode (only missed one). I appreciate it more now. What a great show. It was fun recognizing Michael J. Fox, Brent Spiner, Sela Ward, and others in guest appearances.

My favorite on the show was John Larroquette. I continued to follow his career after that, and was delighted when he joined Boston Legal. Because of him, I stay tuned to a USA summer marathon of [H]ouse and saw SofCG where I became intrigued with House and Wilson's relationship and gave S4 a shot.

I am suddenly toying with the idea of House/ Night Court crossover fic.

Keeping toying!

Trivia: The show's four males was above average in height. They ranged from Charles Robinson at 6'3" to Robert Moll at 6'8".

Ah yes, John Larroquette! He was unbelievably funny, as was the whole cast. I loved Richard Moll. Was that the show where Richard Moll got the wig that was called "The Shatner Turbo 2000" and all of the women went berserk over him?

He was great in SoCG, and played off HL beautifully.

I remember the Shatner turbo eppie, although I haven't gotten to that one yet in the DVDs, it's only at season 2 right now so Ellen is in there instead of Markie Post. (they never explained what happened to her character for some reason).
John Larroquette could get across with one eyebrow what would take some other actors whole pages of dialogue, and so can Hugh. :)

I first saw John Laroquette in a movie called "Stripes" and I thought he was AWESOME. He was hilarious on Night Court, and then he joined Boston Legal in season 4. Good stuff, even though it was a more serious role. I love him too! And I love his hair! He has beautiful hair!

As a child I watched that show. All I remember from it was one character getting his hands glued to his head and the show ending with him screaming when they get ripped off of his head.
Odd but vague memory.
