Happy birthday Hugh!!
My lemon cookies came out well, I wasn't 100% sure they would because I hadn't used that recipe before, now this afternoon I want to go out and find somebody to share them with. I also feel like going to my favorite cafe but they already have cookies there so I'm not going to start handing them out there (especially since that cafe is vegan and my cookies are not).

I wish you were here, I'd give you some. I only gave two away, one to this guy I kind of sort of know because he works in my neighborhood so we sometimes run into eachother at the same grocery store and another to a homeless lady and she didn't eat it.
