The maintenance guy fixed my garbage disposal. I have to go to physical therapy today. Since I'm still very bummed about Monkey King closing down I looked up a recipe for Szechuan chicken wings online and I'm going to try to make them myself. (I have several Chinese cookbooks but none of them had a Szechuan wing recipe.) I already have almost everything I need except Szechuan peppercorns and my neighborhood grocery store has a lot of spices and Asian ingredients, I bet they have Szechuan peppercorns.

I was able to get Szechuan peppercorns. The wings came out OK but not as good as Monkey King's were.
