I still think, after watching the rerun of "Epic Fail" last night, that no matter how smart House is, it takes years of training and experience to get from peanut butter sandwiches and canned soup to what he was doing.
And why test food on 13?! SHE HAS ANOREXIA!!

You do realize that there's no canon evidence of that besides her body type? And since that same accusation was flung at Cameron, with equally no evidence, I'm willing to give 13 the benefit of the doubt on that issue only.
