I got charged twice for a long distance bill I paid over three weeks ago. I checked with the bank and they said the check cleared so I called the long distance company and they didn't even answer the phone so I had to leave a message.
Also a maintenance guy showed up without my asking him to, tried to fix my kitchen light and failed but managed to fuck up my wi-fi in the process. While I was right in the middle of something. He seemed surprised when I insisted that he stick around until I could make sure the damn wi-fi was working again properly.

Oh my god, this is so annoying.
I hate it when people are supposed to do something that then a) doesn't work and b) causes even more problems.

I wish they would at least hire maintenance people who know what they're doing.
