I called city housing about the bullshit with the bldg managers and nobody answered the phone so I left a message. Also L. cancelled again (I was going to go over there today) and I had to call Netflix to cancel my DVDs but at least they still have lots of TV shows and movies on streaming and the Netflix lady I talked to was at least nice about it. Yeah, I know they're cancelling it anyway but that's not for two months and I would have liked to have had it for that time at least.

I really hope you can get somewhere reporting the mailbox situations to someone higher up. It's beyond ridiculous that you can't actually get your mail.

Last night I found out some of my neighbors have already reported them to their superiors, who apparently had no idea this was going on and are going to do something about it.
