Feeling very relaxed now but at about five this morning I got an intense pain in my right foot that woke me out of a sound sleep and it took a very long time for it to go away and for me to fall back asleep. Also when I was asleep I had nightmares about bigass rats. Tonight I'm going to make a Moroccan style lamb stew for dinner.

Dang, what nasty dreams! I hope your foot feels better today.

Lamb stew sounds fabulous. I adore lamb, but it's SO expensive that I never use it.

It felt better, then it went away, then it came back early this morning while I was trying to sleep, then it went away again. I think it's some sort of weird muscle cramp caused by my sleeping in the same position for too long, no idea what can be done about it.
