I just had a very nasty thought. I wonder if they're making the bldg office unavailable to the tenants as some sort of excuse to claim they didn't get their rent checks.

That would be pretty awful. I can't imagine them doing that, though. It's a business, not a vacation.

It seems like that would be bad for business. I am surprised they even accept checks anymore. The last 2-3 places I've lived, you had to pay everything online. I like it that way, but I know it can be difficult for a lot of people.

the people who run my bldg are mostly idiots and I wouldn't trust them to do it online. One of them even refuses to learn how to use a computer.
