I've been looking for Fawlty Towers on DVD or bluray but nobody seems to have it. Amoeba and Rasputin usually have a good selection of videos, Amoeba is especially good if you want British TV shows but I called them both and they didn't have it. Rasputin tends to be a bit weak in the bluray department but I've found some good and unusual stuff there before. shrug

I checked, and it is available from Netflix as well as the following:

Fawlty Towers, a sitcom series starring John Cleese, Prunella Scales, and Connie Booth is available to stream now. Watch it on The Roku Channel, BritBox, Prime Video, Vudu, Vudu Movie & TV Store or Apple TV on your Roku device.

That may not help you, but at least it is out there if you can access any of these. It doesn't help that it was only two seasons of shows. That puts it down the priority list in some cases.
