It's been almost a week and the stove alarm guys have not shown up. Today is the last day, if they don't show up in the next seven hours that's it. Frankly I don't care if I have the stove alarm or not, I'm too careful for it to be an issue, I just really dislike the whole idea of anybody, especially people I don't know, going into my home when I'm not here, so I have to hang out in here. Also, I do not feel one bit like making dinner tonight so when I can go out I'm going to get Chinese takeout.

No. They were just supposed to show up sometime between 9 to 5 on 6/2, 6/3, 6/6, 6/7 or 6/8. Well, they never did.

I don’t like people in my home without either me or J there either. Which is why it frustrates me when they say they could be in all day anytime for days at a time and you just have to hang out all day everyday waiting. Also I always worry our landlords will let our cat out or something coming in without us here. Which is why we always stay home when they’re supposed to come in. I’m sorry they still haven’t come into your home.

they never did show up so apparently they're not going to. Sort of annoying but at least it's all over with and I can just sit around in my pajamas drinking tea and watching Boardwalk Empire.
