My legs hurt so bad! I did too much walking around and heavy lifting yesterday. Some guy tried to get me to stop in the street when I was trying to walk home and my legs were in intense pain so I sure the hell was not going to stand around while he tried to get money out of me for some program to stop opiate use, in fact I asked him if he had any extra opiates on him (very House moment). In an odd coincidence I have to stay home all day anyway because they are coming into the apartments to put some kind of alarm on the stoves and I really don't like people walking into my place when I'm not there. They are doing this on 6/2, 6/3, 6/6, 6/7 and 6/8 and I don't know which apartments get done when so I just have to sit tight. If I go out I have to wait till 5 to do it or until they've come and gone. I went to my favorite cafe yesterday for a piece of cake and today I need to replace a wine glass that got cracked when I was taking everything out of the kitchen for the bug guy. Mercifully he told me I don't have to do that next time. I may go to my favorite Irish pub tonight too since it's near where I buy glasses.

I had some fish and chips and a pint of Smithwick's and a shot of a kind of whiskey I hadn't tried before. It was all good.
