Nobody I know is doing any parties this year, probably because of covid but I did go hang out at a nice little cafe in SF near the ocean earlier this afternoon because it was nice and sunny and unusually warm for winter. Anyway it's better that I not stay up really late because I want to be ready when the cleaner guy shows up at 9 tomorrow morning and not still getting dressed or something.

Didn't even bother trying to stay up 'till midnight. Well, it was midnight somewhere, it is only the New Year when the ball drops in Times Square in NYC. May 2022 not turn out to be 2020-too.
