The damn check never showed up so I had to write one myself and my dad said he would reimburse me for the $$$$ by just putting it in my account electronically. Apparently we have to do this every month now because too many people in my apt bldg were all "oh, so and so pays my rent" and then giving them bad checks. It's annoying but at least no more rent checks will get lost in the mail now. The mail sucks. I'm just feeling much more relaxed now that this crap has been taken care of.

This is a good solution. You don't have to worry about the vagaries of the US Mail.
