I called him but that wouldn't help, the issue here is it isn't supposed to be late. Somebody else in this bldg got kicked out for just being four days late.

I wonder if he couldn't do a direct wire transfer or an e-check to simplify things. It would be easier on everyone concerned if you didn't have to worry about your mail delivery and the mail box situation. Do you think that's something that your building management would be OK with and would your father be willing to do that?
