My leg hurts like hell right now because the damn bus stop did not have a bench but other than that I had a wonderful day with J, we have such great conversations and the weather and the places where we walked were lovely and we went to this great sushi restaurant for dinner. :)

I'm so glad that J is able to go out with you and that you two had such a good time.

Did the PT suggest compression socks? That might help with the leg pain. Mama wears a pair all the time but maybe you would sleep better if you wore a pair at night.

I think what I really need is a car so I don't stand at bus stops for bloody ages because they're too cheap to put in a bench.
