Waiting to go see J in the hospital later today. I had a slight cough earlier this morning which scared me but it seems to have gone away by itself so I calmed down. I have had my shots.

I think that's going to be a PTSD thing for all of us, going forward. Every little cough or "not feeling good" is going to make us panic that we have covid somehow. :(
