Just got back from Texas, had a nice time with my parents, they only gave me a little bit of a hard time about my weight so I will go to the doctor about my blood pressure, eat less and go back to my exercise routine, the pool at my apt bldg is still closed but I can go to the Y and swim laps there. It's even right near J's house!
My knee is getting very much better, I just had to put ice on it more. I'll go to the drugstore tomorrow and get an ice bag.
We were at my parents' house in Austin for part of the time but we also went to San Antonio at this gorgeous hotel. I would have lived there if I could.
Currently relaxing and having a pot of Scottish Breakfast tea.
