I feel like a total fool, I thought for a second I had accidentally locked myself out of my apt doing laundry but I had just put my keys on another dryer.
That's always a scary moment, but I'm glad it was all right. I totally did something similar the other day - thought I'd dropped my keys somewhere between home and the grocery store, thanks to absently putting them in the wrong pocket while talking to a neighbour in the lobby.
