Just been watching Kill Bill, Shaun of the Dead and Rifftrax so I'm feeling very entertained! :)
I found out this morning that my apt bldg has just been sold. I don't know anything about the company that bought it. I had a very good professional relationship with the people who had it for the past nine years and a very bad relationship with the people who had it before then, so I don't know if there are going to be any changes made and if so, what they are or if they are going to affect me in a positive or negative way. I'm kind of apprehensive.

We rent the buildings we work and live in from the same person. We'd like to buy them.

Our facility is geothermally heated and cooled and the owner BUILT the building, so I think if we ever do buy it, we'll have to have a contract with him for service--no one else here knows how to maintain such things...
