I found out this morning that my apt bldg has just been sold. I don't know anything about the company that bought it. I had a very good professional relationship with the people who had it for the past nine years and a very bad relationship with the people who had it before then, so I don't know if there are going to be any changes made and if so, what they are or if they are going to affect me in a positive or negative way. I'm kind of apprehensive.

Date: 2021-02-04 10:49 am (UTC)Our facility is geothermally heated and cooled and the owner BUILT the building, so I think if we ever do buy it, we'll have to have a contract with him for service--no one else here knows how to maintain such things...
