Recently got back from buying a bunch of groceries at Trader Joe's. It's a bloody miracle, there was no line to get in!

every time I've tried to order anything that way they screwed it up.

You know...someone else I know tried to use Instacart and had a problem like that. I think she skipped the part where you assign substitutions for your items. Doing that just after the order was placed helps a lot to get what you want--and they give you the option of refunding if nothing else will do.

It's just so hard to find everything you want, still!

That did happen to me one time, and the company refunded my money. No matter what you do, mistakes happen. For me, I'd rather risk that than death, tho. ;)
