In a move apparently designed to drive me insane, my parents forgot to mail me my damn rent check so they had to express mail it yesterday. It's supposed to get here by 3 today. It hasn't yet. I'm supposed to call my dad when it gets here.

I don't understand your parents. Maybe they need to write it down on a calender so they remember to send it on time.
