Jan. 8th, 2025 12:08 pmYesterday there was a new PT guy and he asked me if I was retired. I go no, I'm on disability. It's very unfortunate that in American culture you are your job. That's one of the first things people judge you by. I was hoping when I said I was on disability that he'd take the hint and NOT ask me what my job had been but he did it anyway. Due to the stupid fucking autism I've failed at every job I've ever had plus I don't lie well. I'm ashamed of this. I wish that wasn't the first thing people almost always ask.
I think they might not be doing the Queer Cinema program at the Parkway Theater anymore because I notice it wasn't listed on their website. S., my friend who runs it, doesn't have my new cell number so I was going to call him anyway to make sure he had it but now I had another reason to call him, if he's not going to do it anymore I still want to be in contact with him and hang out and stuff. I called him and he didn't answer the phone so I left a voicemail.
