(no subject)

My pumpkin bread came out well but the recipe said to bake it for an hour and it actually took almost an hour and half. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. I was also a little concerned about putting too much cinnamon in it but it tasted just fine. Kind of on a roll with cooking, I made a beef, eggplant, mushroom, garlic and ginger stir fry for dinner last night that also came out well.
Did some cleaning up around here including disposing of a couple of damn mice. They were both caught in the same trap, one of them looked dead, it wasn't moving and the other one was biting the dead looking one repeatedly which creeped me out. I hate mice. Love most other animals but hate mice.
