Feeling better than I was yesterday, I found out that some of my neighbors have called the parent company of the assholes running my bldg and apparently they had no idea that was going on and are going to do something about it. Yesterday I went to Temescal (neighborhood near mine) for some drinks and tacos, which cheered me up. I knew I was in the right place when the first sight I saw when I got off the bus was an old hippie on a bike wearing a teddy bear costume and blowing weed smoke off the back of the bike. Also, apparently I've gone to North Light (cool bar/bookstore/cafe/music store I've talked about here before) often enough that not only do the people who work there recognize me, they remember what I usually order.
