(no subject)

Amoeba didn't have Blackadder on blu ray but they did have the whole show on DVD so I got it there and it wasn't too expensive either! I watched all the bells and whistles because I always do that when I buy new DVDs.
I have come to the conclusion that nobody who works in a drugstore has the slightest idea what glucosamine is because every time I go into one to buy some, no matter which drugstore it is, they never know. The idiot yesterday thought it was some sort of birth control! I had to tell him three times what it was before he understood and even then he tried to get me to buy the kind that was twice as expensive as the other kind. People in drugstores don't work on commission, what the hell is this?
Since my plans for the holiday weekend got cancelled I was looking around for something else to do but I couldn't find anything. There was a music festival but it was too far away for me to get there because I don't have a car and anyway I must be old because it was 99% bands I never heard of.
Had a nice lunch yesterday at this Japanese place I had not eaten at before, I had ramen noodle soup with roast pork and veggies and it was yummy.
