Holy moley did yesterday afternoon suck on toast. I shouldn't have even gone out. I had to wait a very long time for the first bus, which had a screaming wingnut on it. I had to wait an even longer time for the second bus, during which I had to stand up the whole time with my fucked up leg, which still hurts like a bitch even now and as if that weren't bad enough, almost the whole time I was waiting for that bus some crazy creep was harrassing me. Then when I finally get to the restaurant/pub I was trying to get to they turn out to be closed due to covid despite their website and yelp page saying they were open (I checked before I went out). There was no place else I could go because that neighborhood is mostly residential, a friend of mine used to live there but he moved and the other few businesses that were there were also closed and mostly not the sort of places you hang out at anyway. The only place that was open was a weed dispensary that used to be a tropical fish store and I already have weed and those guys charge a lot for it anyway.
