Well, I had to wait for six hours for the maintenance guy but I finally got my toilet fixed. I went down to speak to the front desk people before he came up, then apologized for getting upset about how long it was taking because I want to be on good terms with these people. The lady was nice about accepting my apology so I don't think there'll be any problems.
