(no subject)

The music and drinks at the pub yesterday were great! What was not great was the kitchen was closed and the barbecue place across the street only had gimongous dinners that were clearly meant for at least three or four people. One thing I learned from covid, life is not set up for parties of one. After leaving the pub I had to walk much too far to find a place that wasn't closed, get some overpriced takeout, and then almost miss the bus back home because the sign on the bus stop was wrong. Life is not set up for people who don't own cars either but I already knew that.
Am looking forward to going over to a friend's house later today. :)
