I had a real craving earlier today for cabeza tacos but my friendly neighborhood taco truck was not in its usual spot today and I don't know why. Pre-covid, if it wasn't there on a Saturday that usually meant they had a catering gig so it wouldn't bother me, more power to them and if I had the $$$ to hire caterers for a party, I'd definitely talk to them. But of course no one is having parties now so I don't know what's happening.
