(no subject)

Yesterday I was going to make a nice dinner for roomie and myself, I'd managed to be able to get ahold of a couple of steaks and was going to make homemade garlic and basil mashed potatoes but he got invited at the last possible minute to his boyfriend's dad's birthday party (apparently his dad's birthday is like five days from mine, which I didn't know) so he just went to that. I'm not mad at him because he didn't do anything wrong but I'm kind of mad at the situation (his boyfriend's dad doesn't like me either).
Also, I thought I'd heard every idiotic stereotype there was about us atheists but some fool apparently thinks we believe in astrology. what the actual fuck??
