9/12/17 13:13Got back from Austin last night. I had a nice time except that because I've gained back some of the weight I lost my parents started breathing down my neck about it. I lost 150 and gained back 20 which is still a net loss of 130 but that's not good enough for them. I looked this up and it's a medical fact that when a person has been on a diet for a long time (and I've been on this one for 4 years) their body will sometimes get used to it and stop losing weight or gain some so I decided that I'm going to walk a minimum of an hour and a half per day and eat smaller dinners which should work.
